Spicy Slow Cooked Chili
A hearty and spicy slow-cooked chili perfect for cold days.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Beef Broth
1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Transfer the beef mixture to the slow cooker. Add the kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and beef broth.
4. Stir everything together until well combined.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
