Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Sushi Rice cooked
- 1 can Tuna drained
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Green Onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
Once the rice is cooked, divide it into two bowls.
Top each bowl with the spicy tuna mixture.
Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
