Marinade
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and dried oregano.
Place your steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is well coated.
Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Remove the steak from the marinade and cook as desired.
