Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and dried oregano.
  2. Place your steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is well coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and cook as desired.
