  • 2 slices Bread preferably sourdough
  • 200 g Steak thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 unit Onion sliced
  • 1 unit Bell Pepper sliced
  • 2 slices Cheese your choice

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, cook until softened.
  3. 3. Add the steak slices to the skillet, cook until desired doneness.
  4. 4. Toast the bread slices in the same skillet until golden brown.
  5. 5. Assemble the sandwich by placing the cooked steak, onions, and bell peppers on one slice of bread, top with cheese and the other slice of bread.
