  • 1 lb Steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Carrots diced
  • 1 cup Celery diced
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

  3. 3. Add diced onions, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
