Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Steak cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Carrots diced
- 1 cup Celery diced
- 1 cup Onion diced
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cups Potatoes diced
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add steak pieces and cook until browned.
3. Add diced onions, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
5. Add diced potatoes, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
