- 4 green bell peppers tops cut off and seeds removed
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, cooked rice, chopped onion, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each green pepper with the beef mixture and place in a baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the tops.
