Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Large mushrooms stems removed
  • ½ cup Bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
