Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Jumbo Pasta Shells
  • 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each shell with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Arrange stuffed shells in the baking dish. Top with remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
