Ingredients

  • ½ cup Rice Vinegar
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, water, sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the cornstarch mixture and whisk until the sauce thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool before serving.
