Three Bean Salad Recipe
A quick and easy three bean salad that's perfect for any occasion.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Green beans trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup Kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Parsley chopped
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
In a large mixing bowl, combine green beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, red onion, and parsley.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
