  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place sausages in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, and salt in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Remove the sausages from the oven, pour the batter over them, and return to the oven.
  5. Bake for another 30 minutes or until the batter is puffed and golden.
