Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm, drained and cubed
  • 2 cups Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add cubed tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and minced garlic.
  5. 5. Add cooked tofu to the salad and drizzle with the dressing. Toss to combine.
  6. 6. Serve immediately.
