Instructions
1. Slice the bolillo rolls in half and toast them lightly in a skillet.
2. Spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom half of each roll.
3. Top with shredded chicken, avocado slices, tomato slices, shredded lettuce, and crumbled queso fresco.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Place the top half of the roll on top and serve immediately.
