- 8 pieces Chicken drumsticks and thighs
Batter
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
1. Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
2. Dip chicken in flour mixture, then in buttermilk, and finally in breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
4. Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes per side.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
