Ingredients 

Chicken

  • 8 pieces Chicken drumsticks and thighs

Batter

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. 2. Dip chicken in flour mixture, then in buttermilk, and finally in breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Heat oil in deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. 4. Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
