  • 2 cans Tuna drained
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. 3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
  4. 4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings and buns.
