  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can Kidney Beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can Black Beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until onions are translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
  5. 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.
