Instructions
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in vodka and let it simmer until reduced by half.
Add crushed tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
