Watermelon Martini Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup Vodka
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Simple syrup
1. Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth.
2. Strain the watermelon juice to remove pulp.
3. In a cocktail shaker, combine the watermelon juice, vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice.
4. Shake well and strain into martini glasses.
5. Garnish with a small watermelon wedge or lime slice if desired.
