Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 0.25 cup Fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped mint leaves.
2. Drizzle the olive oil and lime juice over the salad.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
