Salad

  • 1 head Iceberg Lettuce cut into quarters
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced

Blue Cheese Dressing

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into quarters and place on plates.
  2. 2. Top each wedge with crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and red onion slices.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
