Main Ingredients
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 can Tomato Sauce 15 oz
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes 15 oz
- 1 can Kidney Beans 15 oz, drained and rinsed
- 1 can Pinto Beans 15 oz, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 1 cup Celery chopped
- 1 cup Green Bell Pepper chopped
- 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Water
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion, celery, and green bell pepper to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, pinto beans, and water.
4. Season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
5. Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
