Ingredients

  • 4 cups Yellow Squash, sliced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cracker Crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil sliced squash and chopped onion until tender. Drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine squash, onion, cheese, sour cream, and half of the cracker crumbs. Mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into a baking dish. Top with remaining cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
