Caesar Salad Recipe
A classic Caesar Salad with crisp romaine, creamy dressing, crunchy croutons, and Parmesan cheese.

Salad Ingredients
- 2 heads Romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Croutons
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
Dressing Ingredients
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Olive oil
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise.
2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is well combined and creamy.
3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and additional grated Parmesan cheese.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
