- 2 cans Tuna drained
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ½ cup Cucumber diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Olives sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Toss everything together until well combined. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for later.
