  • 2 cups Fresh mint leaves plus extra for garnish
  • ½ cup Simple syrup
  • 2 cups Bourbon
  • 4 cups Crushed ice

Instructions 

  1. 1. Muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  2. 2. Add the bourbon and fill the shaker with ice.
  3. 3. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
  4. 4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve immediately.
