Ingredients 

Burger Patties

  • 2 cups Mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Black beans, mashed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine mushrooms, black beans, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. 5. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
