  • 1 cup Polenta
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions 

  1. Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan.
  2. Add salt to the boiling water.
  3. Gradually whisk in the polenta.
  4. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, until the polenta thickens, about 30 minutes.
  5. Stir in butter and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  6. Serve hot.
