Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Frozen peas thawed
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Red onion chopped
  • 1 cup Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber chopped
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, layer the chopped lettuce at the bottom.
  2. 2. Add a layer of thawed peas on top of the lettuce.
  3. 3. Next, add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. 4. Add a layer of chopped red onion.
  5. 5. Add a layer of cooked and crumbled bacon.
  6. 6. Add a layer of halved cherry tomatoes.
  7. 7. Add a layer of chopped cucumber.
  8. 8. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and sugar. Spread this dressing evenly over the top of the salad.
