Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 can Beef Broth (14.5 oz)
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Add cooked rice, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
