Wonton Filling
- 200 g Ground pork
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Chopped green onions
Soup
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 cup Chopped bok choy
- 12 pieces Wonton wrappers
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green onions. Mix well.
2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
3. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped bok choy. Simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Gently add the wontons to the broth and cook for 5-7 minutes, until they float to the top.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
