Ingredients 

Wonton Filling

  • 200 g Ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped green onions

Soup

  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Chopped bok choy
  • 12 pieces Wonton wrappers

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green onions. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
  3. 3. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped bok choy. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Gently add the wontons to the broth and cook for 5-7 minutes, until they float to the top.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
